Do you guarantee your products or services?

We want your experience with Stargazer Studio to be one you happily tell your friends about! We guarantee your satisfaction on all of our products. To make keepsake-quality items, we start with the strongest beading cable and finest quality components available. We are sure you will love your items, but if you need to return an item we have a no-hassle policy. Only on certain special orders is there a restocking fee for returned items, and you will be notified if this pertains to your custom order before it is filled.

What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?

That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose "check" or "phone" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then give us your credit card number over the phone, or write us a check, and as soon as we receive payment, we'll ship your order.

Are Stargazer Studio items available in retail stores?

If you are in the Southwest Michigan area, you can check out some of our products at two Three Rivers locations. At Nou Veau Salon you'll find a selection of Stainless Steel and Sterling Silver necklaces. At Scrap Addix Scrapbooking store you'll find an assortment of beaded jewelry along with our gorgeous Stargazer Snowflakes. For directions to either location, please give us a call!
If you own or are the merchandise buyer for a retail store and are interested in offering Stargazer Studio or Little Star products to your clients, please email or call for information on wholesale packaging.

Do you offer Rush service?

At holiday time, this is a common request! We make every effort possible to note ordering deadlines for holiday shipping on our home page. We know how important your gifts are and try our best to accommodate your schedule. In some cases it depends on the product you are requesting... sometimes we can pull a rabbit out of a hat and other times our hands are tied.
We do not currently offer Express Shipping as an option. We have tried in the past and it is extremely inefficient for us to ignore other orders and make a 30-minute post office run, not to mention that shipping and handling costs would likely cost much more than the item you're ordering.

How do I order Hand Stamped Jewelry?

At this time, the best way to order hand stamped jewelry is to email or call the studio. Because there are so many options it is much easier to work with you directly. This gives you a chance to make the piece truly personal!
We will then either send you an invoice with a secure payment link or else we can accept your credit card payment by phone. Of course, you may also mail your payment. Hand Stamped jewelry will be completed and shipped once we have received your payment.
